[DYSPHAGIA] Radiologist @ MBS

At one center where our patients go for MBS at radiology tech runs the
equipment. There is no radiologist present. They do not do A-P view, I'm
assuming because they would not know what to do with the esophagram info.
Another company (mobile van service) that does our MBSs has SLP, radiology
tech, and radiologist to do all views, including A-P. We always get an
esophagram and any recommendations for GI or any other MD follow-up. Many
of our patients benefit from the radiologist's recommendations because
dysphagia and esophageal problems can co-occur. Also many swallow complains
many not be dysphagia, but may be esophageal problems. Jeanie
