[Dysphagia] Vita Stim

Please accept my apologies if this email is redundant but I have been off
for a while. I have been seeing a lot of info on Vita-Stim and its benefits
and just reviewed the web site. 

I have two questions:

1) For those that are using it- do you see improvement and can you say it is
from the device or tx or spontaneous recovery or a combination of all.

2) How are you billing? Is it covered by Medicare as a rehab agency? What
codes are being used and what is the typical reimbursement rate? I know rate
will be affected by the state in which it is being billed.
