If you are interested or are already registered for the January Endoscopy Hands On Practicum and/or Advanced Interpretation courses with Michael Crary and Giselle Mann, transportation to the conference hotel from the airport can be obtained by calling Mears Transportation, 407-423-5566.
Although the hotel has complimentary transportation to all Disney theme parks, there is no complimentary airport shuttle.
I am told rooms at the hotel can still be obtained on hotel.com and expedia, etc.
