[Dysphagia] infants with cleft palate in China

Dear List,

When looking at the various charitable efforts on behalf of Chinese orphans, the sponsors are always asking for cleft palate baby bottles.  I am wondering if anyone has come up with a cheap and easy alternative to the great but expensive cleft bottles on the market.  Something that can be made at home with a ball of twine and old newspaper, just kidding.
