[Dysphagia] thickening breastmilk

There is no top notch (or I guess mid-level) research that says it helps.
We can't tell during breastfeeding if aspiration occurs or if thickening
helps avoid aspiration. If it helps, use it, but do not use gum-based
thickener, with anyone for that matter.

This is a great discussion. Many suggestions have been given but has
anyone yet answered the original question? Whether or not the milk
needs to be thickened can and should continue to be discussed with
relevant articles attached, etc. But... can someone please answer the
original question? Forgive me if it has been answered and I missed it
as I scanned through the responses. Thanks!
