THANK YOU. And the original question, in case anyone has forgotten, was, when the need arises to thicken breastmilk, what can be used?
I am making the assumption based on responses that NO ONE out there EVER thickens breast milk... EVER???????
I too am enjoying the discussion and let's remember we are all on the same team here.

This is a great discussion. Many suggestions have been given but has
anyone yet answered the original question? Whether or not the milk
needs to be thickened can and should continue to be discussed with
relevant articles attached, etc. But... can someone please answer the
original question? Forgive me if it has been answered and I missed it
as I scanned through the responses. Thanks!
