[Dysphagia] thickening breast milk

I seem to remember from a class I took in Nutritional Science on
obesity that children who are breast feed until at least 6 months of
age run lower risk of obesity, diabetes and some cancers. The best
research comes out of Scandinavian countries. I believe mothers are
given long maternity leaves (6 months) and many breast feed for first
6 months.
