[Dysphagia] Commencement of a new clinical service - search for references

		Hi,
		I am a speech pathologist at a large rehabilitation centre in Melbourne, Australia.  I am currently in the process of developing a paper discussing the commencement of a new clinical service (a dysphagia Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study Service/ Clinic) and am having a hard time finding any documentation looking at evidence behind development of clinical services. Is anybody able to help? Has anybody had any experience with commencing/ developing a service and can share some advice/ resources/ references?
