Excuse the non-dysphagia question, but...
I remember someone (pretty sure it was Irene) posting an article recently 
about the effectiveness of intense speech-language therapy on aphasia... I 
looked on Medscape/medline but couldn't find the article.  Can someone 
forward the reference to me?
