Thank you for your reply re: my current pt. and situation.  Actually,
following the ENT consult, he was also seen by a pulmonologist who ordered a
repeat MBSS.  He failed the test this time with aspiration.  I phoned the
SLP at the hospital and asked if postural interventions had been attempted.
Of course, the answer was "no".

P.S.  I miss the days when I was in the acute setting and I did many, many
MBSS and always attempted postural interventions; A/P views vs. only
lateral; etc.  I did everything I could possibly do to keep a patient PO.
