[Dysphagia] cricomyotomy

I work in a skilled nursing facility. An MD's office called yesterday to refer a patient for outpatient services for a former patient of mine (whose name I recall but I can't remember her specifically--that drives me crazy!). I wasn't in that building today to review her file from her inpatient stay with us.

The office stated that the patient has recurrent symptoms (which sound esophageal) post cricomyotomy for Zenkers and they would like me to "manage" her. They seem to believe that she's "cured" post procedure, to me it sounds as though she's not.

I could bring her in for a non-instrumental eval and attempt to case manage her but I have this feeling that I might just be stop #2 in what could be a runaround. What would you do with this referral?
