She has had a recent medication change (within that past week) however she stated that her swallowing difficulties started prior to the medication change.

Does anyone know of any research regarding swallowing disorders related to
anxiety and/or anti-anxiety medications? I currently have a patient with a
dx of anxiety who has been taking anti-depression medication for approx 5
years, she has no other medical history. She has recently been complaining
of swallowing problems (i.e., food sticking in throat, and the feeling of
not being able to swallow).
