[Dysphagia] GFCF Thickening Agents

We use a product called "Easy Thick" it's made by  Flavour Creations.
There product is protein free and is appropriate for patients with
celiac and diabetes. They use Maltodextrin and Xanthan Gum as their
thickening ingredients. We haven't had any problems so far with
clumping. We have found their product very palatable, you can even drink
water with no problems - unlike Resource "ThickenUp", Guarcol and
Nutricia's "Nutilis". However, I'm on the other side of the world...
Australia, so I don't know if they are in America yet. But you could
