[Dysphagia] Swallowing Apraxia

I did a search re:swallowing apraxia and come up with one article mentioning
this as a possibility. It was in Dysphagia, May 2000. Does anyone know of
any other references? Do you use this term? If so, how do you differentiate
between oral vs. swallowing apraxia? It was also mentioned in the archives
by Gerry Brooks, but no references given. Any information would be helpful,
and thank you in advance.
