Thank you both.
We're interested in trying S-emg with endoscopy as a biofeedback system to see
if a patient can do any work on hyo-laryngeal excursion. A colleague in
London has tried this and advised scoping to make sure that the patient is
moving the right bits and not just exerting some random muscle strain. The VF
& clinical show poor H-L movement and hence poor CP opening (but there are
more complications...) We don't know of anyone local to us in the NE UK using
this and I have no experience myself but I wouldn't be the one involved.
