This 4 day workshop is designed to provide:

--Knowledge and hands on experience with radiographic and clinical 
techniques for evaluation of swallowing problems in a variety of patients 
(including neurological and cancer patients)

--Strategies for knowing when and how to implement interventions during 
VFG's and in therapy

--Guidelines for discontinuing alternate feeding techniques, (gastrostomy 
and nasogastric)

--Observation and participation in evaluation and treatment of patients.  
Extensive review of videotaped x-ray swallow studies will be provided.  
Class size limited to 16 (accepted on a first come first serve basis)
