KidCo makes a portable "Baby Food Mill" that is very easy for a parent
or teacher to carry into the restaurant. It is hand-operated and will
grind up things like french fries, hamburgers, chicken etc. Some
versions of it even come with a plastic case that looks a bit like a
small lunch box. Many parents of typical infants take this grinder
with them to restaurants so that their children who don't chew well can
eat the same foods as the rest of the family. There are many Internet
catalogs that carry this item.
