Thanks for all of your input re: the question about VFSS and the PMV.  That 
was my primary question/issue.  Haven't been able to determine why she isn't 
tolerating it well....hx is lengthy to get into but we'll check on her trach 
size and other factors you have mentioned.   She's at a long-term care facility 
where they don't suction frequently and only go slightly into the trach.
