[Dysphagia] weekend coverage in acute care

We do MBS's on Sat but not Sunday. (even though we have had to do one on a Sunday, but it is rare!) 
We cover new consults on both Sat and Sun (no treatments unless necessary). Our policy is that a new eval is completed within 24 hours of receipt of the order. 
Our JCAHO was pleased with the response- we cover the hospital 7 days a week.
