For those of you who were wondering when Irene would be speaking, we are
happy to announce a two-day workshop on the Clinical Observational
Dysphagia Assessment (C.O.D.A.) Assessment and Interpretation on April 15
and 16 in Akron Ohio. The strength of this tool is that it is particularly
applicable for the patient who can not or will not cooperate. This workshop
follows the ASHA Knowledge and Skills position paper for clinicians
involved with swallowing disorders. Course will include a copy of the CODA.
