[Dysphagia] Hausted Chairs

Just a friendly heads up for all those that have Hausted Chairs
(VIC)--please check your chairs carefully.!! It was recently discovered that
both of the chairs that we own have cracks in the metal on the left hand
side where the back is attached to the base. (exact same spot on both
chairs) These were spotted by our maintenance staff and were not easy to
see due to the padding/patient position. It does not appear that these can
be fixed (or it will cost an outrageous amount of money to fix them). This
is obviously a safety issue that we all should be aware of. Thanks!
