[Dysphagia] Free Water Survey Continued

Thanks for being so thorough. It is definitely important to get both sides. I hope that you & others will share the difficulties of free water with us all so that we can problem solve to improve those programs. (I currently do free water only on a case by case basis since most of my pts are trach/vent & such higher risk).
