[Dysphagia] outpatient dysphagia therapy

Hello all,

I have a question for outpatient SLPs:

How do you obtain the food/drinks used for p.o. trials
with your dysphagia patients?  Do you have them bring
in food from home?  Does your clinic provide the food?

Just curious.  When I worked in a SNF this was never
an issue!
