[Dysphagia] Dysphagia Diet

Our dysphagia diet defines excluded diet items that are troublesome to residents, i.e., hard shelled vegetables, nuts, rice, et. al.  Above and beyond that, I, as the treating SLP, define what I consider appropriate for a dysphagia diet.  It makes clinical sense that we, as SLPs, should design a diet that suits each and every one of our patients.  Patti
