[Dysphagia] Seeking Head & Neck Cancer SLP in Las Vegas

I have a patient who is relocating to the Las Vegas area in the immediate future. He will evidently be located in the 89031 zip code. He had a Stage IV base of tongue carcinoma that was treated with aggressive combination chemotherapy with concurrent hyperfractionated radiation therapy and is in need of swallowing therapy with an SLP who is familiar with the needs of a head & neck cancer patient. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.
