Hi there,

Of interest to you might be a recent presentation at the Canadian
Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA)
annual conference, on the "Critical Appraisal of the use of Blue Food
Dye in S-LP Practices", completed by a team at Sunnybrook and Women's
College Health Sciences Centre, in Toronto. You can find a copy of the
presentation at:
http://www.caslpa.ca/english/events/conference.asp, and click on the
link for the 2005 Conference in Regina.

Hello All,

Our facility is looking into updating our tracheostomy assessment
protocol.
Also, we are looking for references regarding Blue Dye Protocol and are
curious as to other facilities assessment protocols for trache patients.
If anyone has any comments, references and/or information, we would
appreciate you passing it along to us.
Thanks,
