[Dysphagia] education on diet modification

Just wondering what SLPs in outpatient settings are giving dysphagia patients as far as education on different diet textures...every "diet texture" list I have come across differs in terms of what foods are and are not included for each texture...  Does anyone have a good comprehensive list with lots of sample foods for each texture that I can use as a guide?
