Hi everyone - would anyone be able to help me with some info about high
doses of Baclofen via pump and the onset/exacerbation of dysarthria?
This young girl with CP has reported a significant deterioration in her
speech intelligibility and problems managing secretions overnight in
recent weeks. This may coincide with a recent increase in her Baclofen
dose. Any ideas about at what dosage we might expect to see this
effect? Thanks for your help!
