Hello All
Has anyone got a pdf, link to, or a hardcopy of the GSAS reflux scale
developed by Margaret Rothman et al (Dig Dis Sci, 2001)? I have the article
but I need to see the actual scale.
Or Margaret Rothman's email. Have tried to search everywhere!
