This workshop is designed to provide:

1.  Knowledge and hands on experience with radiographic and clinical 
techniques for evaluation of swallowing problems in a variety of patients 
(including neurologic and cancer patients).

2.  Strategies for knowing when and how to implement interventions during 
VFG's and in therapy.

3.  Guidelines for discontinuing alternative feeding methods.

4.  Observation and participation in evaluation and treatment of patients.  
Extensive review of videotaped x-ray swallow studies will be provided.
