[Dysphagia] emergency

Out of curiousity, could people elaborate on the presence of and type of service they provide on the weekend e.g. emergency departments?  I'm particularly interested in the Canadian clinicians.  Do you provide service to emergency departments?  Do you provide service on the weekend?  How much/what type....e.g. on call?
