*** One would have to know this gentleman?s PMH, comorbidities and all medications  both present and over the past five years. I once had a similar patient whose problem was traced to the eyedrops he was using for glaucoma. So, in order to identify the cause which is mandatory before attempting any intervention, every aspect of his medical Hx must be closely examined.
