Does anyone work at a facility where they have adopted
the CPM model of documentation? My hospital is in the
process of adopting it and I have a lot of concerns
about how to document using the tools, yet still
including all that I usually include in my S.O.A.P.
notes.

Please let me know if you've been through ths already
and how it worked for our profession.

Thanks,
Annemarie
