[Dysphagia] Airway Clearance System by VEST

Dear Listserv,
   In doing research on Mobius Syndrome I came across a website 
for "The VEST: Airway Clearance System."  According to the website 
(www.thevest.com) the device has been very helpful in achieving good 
airway clearance for those with compromised lungs.  I'm wondering if 
anyone has experience with this system and has there been a positive 
effect on swallowing and/or fewer incidents of pneumonia in the 
frail/lung impaired population?  Just curious.  Diane
