You might try Boston Medical Supply they have a number of intraluminal devices, and I do believe I've seen a product of theirs that looks like the device you describe.  Good luck.

Does not sound familiar to me, but you might call the SLP at your
nearest VA hospital- we see lots of laryngectomees and if the product is
regional, I bet they would have an idea.

Again, I apologize for being off topic.  You may respond privately.
Have a young laryngectomee who has scleroderma with a whole host of
associated ailments.  She has horrible skin allergies and is very
limited in
what she can put on her skin or in her stoma
She has a hard plastic (?teflon) white stoma stud that looks much like
the
Kapitex
stoma stud, except that it is not soft.  It has no identifying features
and
I cannot for the life of me find any vendor that sells such an animal.
Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated
