[Dysphagia] Frazier Water Protocol

There is a publication from the Asha Division 13 Perspectives on Swallow
and Swallowing Disorders -  Volume 14, Number 1 March 2005 on the Frazer
Free Water Protocol by Kathy Panther.  I am interested in the person who
is giving presentations on this subject- can you send me that info?  
Also, would like to hear from anyone that has this program in place -
pro's and cons, etc.  We would like to institute this program at our
acute rehab hospital.

I don't recall actually seeing the Frazier Water Protocol in
publication, but I have met with Kathy Panther from Frazier who was
instrumental in developing the protocol.  I also have a colleague who
uses the FWP at his facility and is giving national and international
presentations on the Frazier Water Protocol.  He also stresses the
importance of good oral hygiene.  I would highly recommend attending one
of his conferences to learn all about the Frazier and which patients are
eligible, for whom it is contraindicated, etc. Send me a personal email
