Hydra-Aid is great. I specifically spoke with the president of the company about this as it is crucial for so many of our patients. He told me that Hydra-aid is made at a factory in California. When the Hydra-aid is being packaged, they have a rabbi come to the factory to ensure it is made in accordance with traditions. If you do a goggle search for "Links Medical Products" , You can find info for the product.

Xanthum gum is a good alternative thickener for Passover. Also very
good for alcohol needed for the 4 cups on seder night.
