[Dysphagia] Pneumonia left or right

Pneumonia will, most often, develop in the dependent area of the lung, i.e. how the patient was positioned for most of the time- supine, on the left, right whatever. But, I think what you are referring to is the most common route of aspiration and that is to the right lung since the right bronchus is shorter and wider than the left.
