[Dysphagia] Thickened liquids protocol

Given the research and documentation, we are trying to a) limit the need for
thickened liquids and b) for those admitted to our rehabilitation unit
(hospital based) determine degree, if any of dehydration.

Does any facility have an admission protocol (labs, I&O, etc) that are
routinely followed when a patient is on thickened liquids?
