[Dysphagia] 'absent' swallows
- Subject: [Dysphagia] 'absent' swallows

a recent discussion with a colleague has sparked a bit
of debate within our department and i'd be interested
to see what others think.
I'd like to know if/when people use the term 'absent
swallow', particularly when reviewing a
Videofluoroscopy. If you do use it, how would you
define it and when does it become e.g. a very weak
swallow?
Thanks,
Diane
