[Dysphagia] Superior cornu and dysphagia

Has anyone seen dysphagia/aspiration related to medial displacement of the
superior cornu of the thyroid cart. (one or both) into the hypopharynx.
Would it be possible for this to impact airway protection enough to lead to
penetration/aspiration?
