Actually, the information from the manufacturer almost never identifies a  
problem with oropharyngeal swallowing. One has to go to the literature and also  
be able to recognize that certain side effects as described by the 
manufacturer  are likely to cause problems. It takes me a great deal of time to make 
sure that  my CD on Meds and swallowing - all several hundred megabytes of it - 
remains up  to date.
