[Dysphagia] Dysphagia assessment post extubation- any policies?

Hi list serve,
I was wondering if any hospitals had policies about which patients to
refer for a swallow assessment in ICU after they've been extubated- are
there blanket referrals i.e. all patients who have been intubated are to
be referred for a swallow Ax post extubation, or does it depend on the
length of intubation??? I'm sure that it varies between sites, but I
would appreciate all input. Thanks in advance.
