Honestly, I am about to suggest a separate dysphagia forum for those who never wish to debate Dr. ICT's qualifications/suggestions/tone of voice/opinions again.  Can we get back to business?

Then Irene, why don't you tell us exactly what your background and
qualifications are.  Specifically your experience in the Speech  Pathology
field.
