Dear Irene,
  Thank you for that most helpful website.   In the text it states "Examination of the esophagus is at the discretion of the radiologist."  I'm having more and more difficulty with a few Radiologists about allowing me to have the esophagus viewed as part of the study.  It would be wonderful to have a protocol endorsed by a Radiologist to show my reluctant Radiologists about the importance of including the esophagus.  I know the importance of the esophagus has been well emphasized on this list serv but if you have any such references that would be very helpful.  Thanks in advance. Diane
