List members have tradionally been very helpful to post for colleagues
and I hope that tradition contines. However, I wanted to mention a new
service that we started offering yesterday, the Dysphagia Web
Forum. Assuming your colleague has access to a web browser, he or she
can directly post (and discuss) cases such as this in the "Case Presentation"
area of the forum.

One way or another, I hope that your colleague gets some useful
feedback from the community.
