Consumers have options at there disposal and their choice for puchase of
services with their own dollars is their right.  It may be suggested that
there is a difference when a third party payer is involved i.e. Medicare,
and efficacy standards in billed services are implied.  Medicare reviewers
themselves will likely increasingly look for outcomes to their dollars
spent.

***So when determining your patient's exercise program, think of how many
times a trainer has you repeat an exercise.

Given that one has still asked, why are you doing the exercises.
