[Dysphagia] Increased asp w/ TF and BiPAP

I have a pt that was on BiPAP, has a dubhoff w/ low rate of TF and is on 
TPN.  The dietician wanted to increase TF and d/c TPN.  She reports that one 
of the residents said there is an increased aspiration risk w/ NG or dubhoff 
TF running while a pt is on BiPAP.  Does anyone know anything about that?  
I'm glad to report that his resp status is improved in he is now on only 2L 
O2 via nc.  But I wanted to see if anyone had heard anything about an 
icreased aspiration risk for someone on BiPAP.
