[Dysphagia] zenkers diverticulum

Does anyone have any suggestions for a 95 year old lady with a marked
pharyngeal pouch . She has been offered endoscopic stapling of the
pouch but doesnt want that. Are there any preferred solid/liquid
consistencies- or postural manouevres? Would a VF be indicated to
trial these if any?
