[Dysphagia] NOMS

Does anyone complete the NOMS in acute care hospitals?  Not acute rehab.
I am looking into implementing an outcome measurement tool at my
facility and I am looking for some feedback in regards to how it is
working, if people like it, time needed to input data.  We currently use
Medilinks documentation system and I am wondering if anyone out there
uses Medilinks and NOMS and how is that working for you.
 
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
